I have been a customer of Jensen & Moore for around four years or so. The service is great, no surprises and everything is always explained to me in full. As a woman I have been made to feel uncomfortable in other workshops and have sometimes felt like I should’ve taken a male with me to get an accurate picture. I don’t feel like that with Jensen and Moore and trust they are giving me an honest appraisal and have always been treated respectfully. All the staff are friendly and happy to help. We have been customers of Jensen & Moore Ltd for a number of years now. As one of us is now a pensioner value for money is important  as much as good honest service. Jensen & Moore’s service is people orientated – ensuring the individual’s vehicle needs are fully met, with prior consultation with the owner if additional work is required, and the likely cost – no surprises!! The worry of WOF’s falling due is  taken care of with a simple but effective text message to advise the expiry date well in advance. Pick up and delivery can be provided and the staff are some of the friendliest people I know. It’s a “no brainer” if you care about your vehicles and want a firm you can rely on and trust – we surely do.
